VP, Customer Success at BlackLine

Lee Coogan is the VP of Customer Success at BlackLine. Lee has over 20 years of experience in sales and solution consulting, specializing in financial management, supplier management, human capital management, and performance management solutions.

Lee started their career as a Sales Engineering Manager at Infinium Software in 1999. Lee was quickly promoted to Senior Director of Business Consulting at Infor Global in 2002 and held that position for 8 years. In 2010, they were promoted again to Vice President of Solution Consulting - Services Industries. In this role, they were responsible for managing the global financial management sales consulting and solution consulting teams in Europe, Asia, and the Americas.

In 2015, Lee left Infor Global to join BlackLine as the VP of Customer Success. In this role, they are responsible for ensuring that BlackLine customers are successful in using the BlackLine platform. Lee works closely with the sales, marketing, product, and engineering teams to ensure that BlackLine customers are getting the most value out of the product.

Lee Coogan has a B.S. in Business Administration - Accounting from California State University, Northridge and a B.S. in Accounting and Finance from California State University, Northridge.

Their manager is Lisa Schreiber, Chief Customer Officer. Lee Coogan works with and Lynn Marie Viduya - Senior Director, Customer Enablement & Training.
