Matt Smith

Matt Smith currently serves as the Head of PS Solutions for North America at BlackLine, a position held since June 2021, and previously held the role of Director of Optimization Consulting. Prior to BlackLine, Matt Smith was the Head of Assurance at Motiva Enterprises LLC from November 2015 to June 2021, and worked as a Project Manager on a contract basis at Cameron LNG in 2015, where implementation of GRC software and establishment of the internal control environment for the finance function were key responsibilities. Earlier career experience includes roles as Vice President of Finance & Accounting at Ranger Energy Services, Manager of Financial Compliance & Controls at Cameron, Senior Treasury Analyst and Internal Auditor at KBR, Inc., and Consultant at Protiviti. Matt Smith holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Management from Baylor University and a Master of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from the University of Houston.
