Peter Newcomb

Peter Newcomb is a seasoned finance and accounting professional with extensive experience in optimizing and transforming business processes. Currently serving as Principal Solutions Consultant at BlackLine since November 2019, Peter has focused on modernizing accounting practices through visibility, automation, and enhanced controls. Previous roles include Senior Solutions Consultant and Director of Financial Systems and Controls at Yamana Gold Inc., where Peter led process optimizations and system enhancements. Peter has also worked as a Business Process Consultant and Finance Team Lead at companies such as Syntax, Accenture, and various financial management roles at Katz Group Canada and Drug Trading Company Ltd.
