Raluca Boric

Raluca Boric is an experienced Implementation Manager at BlackLine, responsible for delivering package services in an offshore model, managing implementation teams, and ensuring project success. Raluca has held various roles at BlackLine, including Senior Implementation Consultant, overseeing large-scale projects and mentoring junior consultants. Previous experience includes serving as a Runbook Consultant at Runbook, where project management and client training were key tasks, and a R2R Project Manager at GENPACT, implementing financial modules for a Swiss Pharma company. Raluca holds a Master's degree in Communication and Human Resources Management from Scoala Nationala de Studii Politice si Administrative and a degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from the University of Bucharest.
