Principal Customer Success Manager

Robert Lynn, CPA, currently serves as Principal Customer Success Manager at BlackLine, focusing on customer adoption and functionality of the financial close software since March 2022. Previously, Robert held the position of Global Record to Report Process Owner at Takeda from March 2020 to December 2021, where responsibilities included standardizing global accounting processes and overseeing the BlackLine software for over 1,100 users. Prior to that, Robert spent 15 years at Shire, culminating as Director of Process and Controls, where management of internal controls and ownership of the BlackLine software for 500 users were key functions. Additional experience includes roles at LIQUENT, Ecogen, Slough, Horneff and Fisher, Pegasus Communications, Commonwealth Capital Corp., and Walnut Equipment Leasing, Inc. Robert holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Penn State University.
