Steven Ke

Steven Ke is an accomplished data science and analytics professional with extensive experience in advancing data-driven methodologies across various organizations. Currently serving as Senior Director of GTM Business Intelligence at BlackLine since August 2021, Steven previously held multiple leadership roles at NationBuilder from 2016 to August 2021, including Director of Data Science and Director of Analytics, where expertise in AI/ML and predictive analysis was utilized. Prior to that, Steven spent over seven years at Fonality in positions such as Senior Director of Customer Experience and Implementation, and Director of Customer Retention, demonstrating significant achievements in customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Steven's career began as a Field Application Engineer at CPCam CCTV Corp, and academic credentials include a Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor's Degree from the University of British Columbia.
