Tamara U. is a seasoned leader in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Inclusion, Equity & Diversity at BlackLine since October 2020, Tamara is responsible for aligning the company's DEI strategy. Additionally, Tamara is a member of the Advisory Board for UCLA HARRT D&I Impact, fostering collaboration among member companies, and has held roles on the Executive Council of the American Mortgage Diversity Council, where initiatives focused on enhancing diversity within the mortgage industry. Previously, at PennyMac Loan Services, Tamara led diversity and inclusion governance and strategic planning, and earlier at TWI Inc., contributed as Director, enhancing operational processes for client diversity needs. Tamara's career also includes experience in community engagement at True North Sports & Entertainment. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Conflict Analysis & Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Latin American Studies.
