Matthew Hedges is a driven General Manager in the hospitality sector, currently overseeing operations at Blacklock Shoreditch. With 18 years of experience ranging from bartending to general management, Matthew has excelled at openings, team building, and developing managers while maintaining high-quality service. Their past roles include Assistant General Manager at various establishments, including Metropolitan Pub Company and the Inception Group, as well as bartending at Queen Mary University of London Students' Union.
