Ryan Sun

Ryan Sun is a seasoned hardware engineer with extensive experience in FPGA and ASIC development, particularly in the video and wireless fields. Since February 2015, Ryan has been employed at Blackmagic Design, focusing on FPGA development. Prior roles include ASIC Engineer at Latersl Sands, where Ryan specialized in WIFI SOC verification, and DSP IP Group Manager at Lattice Semiconductor, overseeing the development of various DSP IPs and managing group dynamics. Additional experience spans positions at Pericom Semiconductor, Huawei, and The Navy 705 Factory, encompassing roles in digital ASIC design and hardware engineering. Ryan holds a Master's degree in Signal & Information Processing in Electronic Engineering from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China and a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering from Xidian University.
