Rob Hoffman

Rob Hoffman is the Chief of Nuclear Cyber Security at Blackmere Consulting, addressing global nuclear cyber threat challenges. Prior to this, Rob retired from the Idaho National Laboratory in Spring 2021 as a Nuclear Cyber Security Fellow, where they led a strategic team for the National Nuclear Security Administration's Defense Nuclear Nonproliferation organization. Rob contributed significantly to international nuclear security efforts, including being a primary author for IAEA publications and actively participating in various consultancies. With a Cyber Risk Oversight Certificate from Carnegie Mellon University, Rob has also provided advisory services to the United Arab Emirates Nuclear Energy Corporation.
