Mel Steer

Mel Steer is an accomplished professional in the field of promotions, activations, and account management, currently serving as the Promotions and Activations Manager for Grocery Accounts at Blackmores Group since July 2025. Prior experience at Blackmores includes roles as National Account Manager during a secondment and Promotions and Activation Manager for Grocery. Mel's career also includes a tenure as Business Development Manager and Talent Engagement Specialist at Diageo and as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Wiser, where responsibilities included managing internal recruitment processes. Earlier, Mel worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Vanquish Recruitment. Mel holds a Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences with a major in Management from the University of Sydney and completed HSC studies at Oakhill College.
