Blackpool Skip Hire has grown from a modest local operation into one of Lancashire’s most trusted waste-management partners. Founded in 2005 with just two skip trucks and thirty skips, the business was built on determination, reliability, and a belief that simple waste solutions should be accessible to all.

Today, that same spirit drives a far larger and more capable business: a modern fleet of 16 vehicles and a stock of over 900 skips, ranging from 2-yard domestic skips to 40-yard RORO commercial containers designed for handling Construction, Demolition & Excavation (C, D & E) waste.

Sustainability sits at the heart of everything we do.

As part of Teale Materials —a leading Lancashire recycling and sustainable construction materials group, we champion the circular economy, ensuring that as much material as possible is recovered, repurposed, and returned to productive use. This commitment shapes our direction, our processes, and our long-term vision for a cleaner, more resource-efficient Lancashire region.

Our mission is simple but resolute: deliver industry-leading service at affordable prices. Continuous improvement in our plant, equipment and operational systems allows us to keep standards high & pass benefits onto our customers. It’s this blend of innovation, customer focus and environmental responsibility that keeps Blackpool Skip Hire at the top of our game—and ensures we remain the first choice for households, trades, and major commercial projects across the Fylde Coast & wider Lancashire region.

Blackpool Skip Hire, committed to circularity.
