We fund the builders designing the next generation of secure infrastructure — from autonomous logistics to trusted communications — technologies that endure when everything else is tested.

Security challenges today are not bound by borders. They move through supply chains, data networks, and critical infrastructure across every continent. Global competition is technological, adaptive, and always-on.

That’s why we back frontier innovations that safeguard nations, protect citizens, and strengthen resilience worldwide.

Our focus is on the technologies that define stability in uncertain times — and the founders bold enough to build them.
