Alex Waring is currently the Vice President of Compliance EMEA Advisory at BlackRock, a role held since 2025. Previously, Alex served as an Advisory Compliance Manager for Real Assets at Aviva Investors from 2021 to 2025, and prior to that, held positions as an Advisory Compliance Analyst and a PES Coordinator at Resource Solutions and Robert Walters, respectively. Alex earned a BA (Hons) in Politics from the University of Leicester in 2013 and completed an Investment Management Certificate at BPP University in 2019.
