Ali Hamidi

Ali Hamidi is a hydrologist and data scientist currently serving as the Director of Aladdin Sustainability Analytics at BlackRock, where they focus on climate risk. With extensive experience at BlackRock as a Vice President, and previous roles at Rhodium Group and Scripps Institution of Oceanography, they investigate the impacts of climate change and extreme weather using advanced statistical modeling and machine learning techniques. Ali holds a PhD and an MPhil from the City University of New York, along with a Master's degree from Shiraz University.
