Amanda Walker

Amanda (Siegel) Walker is an accomplished professional in leadership development and global talent management. Currently serving as Vice President of Leadership Development at BlackRock, Amanda has previously held significant roles including Leadership Development Consultant and Facilitator at Horizon Leadership, and Director of Global Talent Development at GLG, where Amanda also served as Senior Manager for Global Diversity & Talent Management and EMEA Learning and Development. Earlier, Amanda was an Account Manager focused on HR in South Africa at CEB, now Gartner, and a Senior Associate in Member Services at World 50, Inc. Amanda holds a B.A. in Communication with a Minor in Hispanic Studies, graduating Cum Laude from Hamilton College, and a Master of Science in International Management with an HR focus, achieving Distinction from King's College London.
