Amar Kumar

Amar Kumar, SHRM-SCP, is an experienced Employee Relations and HR Business Partner Manager currently serving as Vice President of Employee Relations at BlackRock. Prior to this role, Amar worked at Salesforce as an Employee Relations Manager and managed HRBP activities across seven countries at National Instruments. Earlier in their career, Amar held positions at Intel Corporation, including Supply Line Manager and HR Business Partner, where they engaged in strategic employee relations and managed critical supplier relationships. Amar earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Sunderland and is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Systems Security from London Metropolitan University.
