Ben Copeman

Ben Copeman is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of HR Infrastructure EMEA and Head of HR for Hungary at BlackRock since February 2016. In this role, Ben is responsible for connecting with top talent globally, utilizing insights and advanced technology through the Core, Sourcing, and Research team based in Budapest, Gurgaon, and Wilmington. Previously, as a Vice President, Ben supported HR initiatives for Technology and Operations, the Aladdin Product Group, Platform Innovation, and Solutions in the EMEA region. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior HR Business Partner at ANZ Support Services, focusing on operations staff in Bengaluru, and various HR roles at The Royal Bank of Scotland and Lloyds Banking Group. Ben holds a Master’s degree in Personnel and Development from De Montfort University and a Bachelor’s degree in Geography from the University of Leicester.
