Ben Rees

Ben Rees is currently the Head of DC Solutions for EMEA at BlackRock, where they lead a team that designs and manages customized portfolio solutions for DC pensions clients. Previously, Ben served as the Director of Multi-Asset Strategies and Solutions and as an Associate in Global Fixed Income at BlackRock. Ben's earlier roles include Senior Associate at River and Mercantile Solutions and Associate at P-Solve, focusing on investment strategy for DB pension schemes. Ben began their career as an Actuarial Trainee at XPS Pensions Group and holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics with First Class Honours from the University of Warwick.
