Cindy Bernhardt is a seasoned financial services executive with extensive experience in operations, strategy, and portfolio management. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer for Cachematrix, Cindy leads a product team that develops software for financial institutions to enhance liquidity management. Since joining BlackRock following the BGI acquisition in 2009, Cindy has successfully integrated acquired companies, improved systems, and implemented strategies that generated significant revenue and minimized client losses during financial crises. Cindy holds an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of California, Berkeley, and a B.S. in Finance from Oklahoma State University.
