David Jones is currently the Director of ETF Investment Strategy at BlackRock. Previously, they held the position of Director in Global Investment Strategy at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and served as a Senior Financial Economist at the International Monetary Fund from 2014 to 2020. Earlier in their career, David worked as an Assistant Vice President at T. Rowe Price, where they specialized in high yield bond and equity strategies, and as a Markets Officer at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York during the 2008 financial crisis. David earned a Master’s degree in Economic and Political Development from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Chicago.
