Dean Catton

Dean Catton is the Managing Director and Head of European Credit Trading at BlackRock, where they lead a team managing and executing various credit trading strategies. With over 25 years of experience in trading, portfolio management, risk management, and financial accounting, Dean has developed a deep understanding of financial and credit markets. Their prior roles include positions at Deloitte UK, Goldman Sachs, UBS, and Banco Santander, among others. Dean is an ACA-qualified chartered accountant, which informs their disciplined approach to risk analysis and management. They hold a Bachelor's Degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from Loughborough University.
