Eric Andruczyk

Eric Andruczyk is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience at BlackRock since April 2006, where roles have included Director and Vice President across various portfolio compliance and financial reporting functions. Responsibilities include monitoring shareholdings in compliance with regulations, overseeing investment guidelines, and managing financial reporting cycles. Prior to BlackRock, Eric worked as a Mutual Fund Supervisor and Accountant at SEI and Polonia Bank, respectively, dealing with fund supervision, financial analysis, and reconciliation. Eric holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from La Salle University.
