Henry Lee

Henry (Haegyu) Lee is a Portfolio Manager in Commercial Real Estate at BlackRock, where they have worked since 2007. With extensive experience in managing investments in various financial instruments such as whole loans, mezzanine loans, and CMBS B pieces, they specialize in portfolio and asset management, underwriting, and credit surveillance. Previously, Henry worked as a Project Team Leader at Lee & Lee Asset and as an Engineer at GS E&C. They hold a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from Yonsei University.
