Prior to BlackRock, Jacob held key roles at FIS and AIG, where they oversaw multi-billion-dollar portfolios and implemented strategies that enhanced operational efficiency and client satisfaction. Jacob earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Houston-Downtown and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the same institution.
