Jade Smith

Jade (Sims) Smith, M.Ed., is an experienced program manager and talent acquisition strategist currently working at BlackRock. With a focus on advancing inclusion initiatives, Jade has developed expertise in program development, recruiting, partnership management, and stakeholder engagement. Prior to BlackRock, Jade served as a Campus Recruiter at CohnReznick LLP and spent four years as a Sr. Admission Counselor at Georgia Tech. Jade holds a Master of Education from Georgia Southern University and a Bachelor of Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
