Jay Robinson

Jay Robinson is an experienced cybersecurity professional currently serving as the Director of Cyber Operations at BlackRock since June 2014, where responsibilities include overseeing the Global Security Operations Center and the Computer Security and Incident Response Team, as well as implementing a digital forensics program. Prior to this, Jay held the role of Chief Information Security Officer at Ellucian from February 2012 to June 2014, focusing on information security program strategy and security risk management. Jay also served as Chief Information Security Officer at SunGard from March 2005 to May 2012 and held roles as an Information Security Architect and Security Engineer at Systems and Computer Technology from August 1997 to March 2005. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in IT Security from Western Governors University and studies in Chemical Engineering at Penn State University.
