Jen Tempest

Jen Tempest is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in portfolio planning and transactions across the EMEA and APAC regions. Currently, as Director and Head of Real Estate Portfolio Planning and Transactions at BlackRock, Jen Tempest oversees key operations in major markets such as Hong Kong, Taiwan, Beijing, and Shanghai, collaborating with business leaders and external vendors. Previous roles include Director of Regional Transaction Management at JLL, where Jen Tempest provided real estate services to corporate clients throughout Asia, and Asset Manager positions at both Henderson Global Investors Limited and New Star Asset Management, focusing on international property funds. Jen Tempest also served as Senior Account Manager at CBRE and worked as an Assistant Fund Manager at KBC Asset Management. Academically, Jen Tempest holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Property Valuation and Law from City, University of London and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Geography from the University of Brighton.
