Joe Fields is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data and analytics within the global trading sector. Currently serving as the VP, Data & Analytics Lead for EMEA & Americas at BlackRock since September 2022, Joe previously held the position of VP, Global Trading at Liquidnet from May 2017 to September 2022. Joe's earlier roles include Senior Execution Consultant and Execution Consultant in Electronic Trading at Liquidnet, where responsibilities encompassed client liaison and performance monitoring. Before this, Joe contributed to algorithmic trading support and middle office operations at ITG from December 2008 to May 2017. Joe holds a Master’s in Business Management from the Michael Smurfit School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and Economics from University College Dublin.
