John Overbay

John Overbay is a private equity investor with extensive experience in the financial sector. They began their career as an Analyst at JPMorgan and later progressed to roles as an Associate at J.P. Morgan & Co. and an Associate at Warburg Pincus LLC. Currently, John serves on the Board of Directors for various companies, including Alacrity Solutions, Summit Companies, and Authentic Brands Group, while also holding the position of Managing Director at BlackRock. They earned a BA in Economics from Middlebury College.
