Johnson Kong leads BlackRock's climate and decarbonization stewardship program in APAC, focusing on dual financial and decarbonization objectives. Previously, Johnson directed proxy voting and corporate engagements in Greater China and contributed to thought leadership initiatives in Hong Kong and Taiwan. At Our Hong Kong Foundation, Johnson conducted policy research on sustainable finance and social innovation. Johnson holds a Master of Philosophy in Development Studies from the University of Cambridge, a Graduate Diploma in Mathematics from the London School of Economics, and a Bachelor of Social Science in Sociology from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, along with being a Certified ESG Analyst.
