Jonathan Cogan

Jonathan Cogan, CFA, CAIA, is a Director at BlackRock, with a focus on market intelligence and client advisory services since January 2011. Cogan is responsible for creating tailored investment solutions, innovating Peer Risk Analysis for the US Insurance Industry, and contributing to business development efforts. As Co-Founder and Treasurer of The Ellie Ruby Foundation, Cogan supports families affected by pediatric cancer through awareness and financial assistance. Prior experience includes a summer internship at BlackRock Inc., where Cogan analyzed securities, and at Blank Rome LLP, where Cogan gained file management experience. Jonathan Cogan holds a BA in Economics and PPL from the State University of New York at Binghamton.
