Joshua Mitchell

Joshua Mitchell is the Director of Design & Construction for the Americas Region at BlackRock, where they lead workplace experience projects with a focus on strategic cost and resource management. They have a diverse background in Project Management, Owner's Representation, Structural Engineering, and the Oil and Gas Industry, having previously worked at companies such as CAPE, Inc. and Gleeds. Joshua earned both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. With experience ranging from project controls to structural project management, Joshua has developed expertise in cost engineering and construction oversight.
