Laura Andrassy

Laura Andrassy has extensive experience in HR operations, most recently serving as Regional Lead AMERS and Escalation Lead at BlackRock from March 2025 to October 2023, where responsibilities included managing a team of analysts and handling employee lifecycle management queries. Prior to BlackRock, Laura held the position of Regional Lead EMEA and Team Leader at Vodafone, overseeing a global team and leading various HR projects across multiple markets. Laura's earlier roles included providing HR support and payroll coordination for several international regions at Vodafone, as well as HR coordination and reward specialization at Randstad Sourceright and BT, respectively. Educational background includes a Master’s Degree in International Relations and Affairs from Eötvös Loránd University, complemented by exchange studies at Sciences Po and Southern Utah University.
