Layla Wright is currently the Vice President of HR Analytics, Insights, and Research at BlackRock, where they leverage their expertise in organizational psychology. Layla has previously held roles as a Senior Analyst and Associate in HR Analytics at Goldman Sachs and has contributed to research initiatives at the Social Psychology Web Lab and the University of Florida Leadership Lab. They earned a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from New York University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from the University of Florida.
