Lizzy Senowitz, CPC, is currently the Vice President of Global Talent & Culture at BlackRock, where they utilize their expertise in human resources to drive organizational change and foster a strong workplace culture. They previously served in various roles at BlackRock, including Talent Management Analyst and Talent Partner, and have experience in marketing and event coordination from internships at GAF and Rutgers University. Lizzy earned a Bachelor’s degree in Strategic Communication from Rutgers University, where they also contributed as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant and a Social Media Marketing Intern. Engaged in community service and personal development, they are passionate about coaching and facilitating impactful learning experiences.
