Max Converse

Max Converse is currently the Vice President at BlackRock, following a progression from Junior Operations Analyst to Billing Manager. Previously, Max interned as a Consulting Intern at West Monroe Partners, where they earned a Salesforce Administrator certification and delivered client-ready project deliverables. Max also gained experience as a Data Analyst Intern at ALO7, contributing to curriculum development and data analysis for English language education in China. Earlier, they worked as a Retail and Authentication Associate with the San Francisco Giants, consistently exceeding sales quotas. Max holds a Bachelor of Science in Business & Economics with a focus on Finance from Lehigh University.
