Michael Youssef

Michael Youssef is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in performance analytics and risk management. Currently serving as the Global Head of Alternatives Performance at BlackRock since June 2022, Michael previously held the position of Vice President at Goldman Sachs from July 2006 to May 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing performance analytics and GIPS compliance. As a founding member of RHG Capital, L.P. from 1999 to 2006, Michael managed a range of functions in a global macro hedge fund setting. Earlier in the career, Michael was an analyst at Omega Advisors from 1997 to 2000, focusing on G10 equity and fixed income with an emphasis on economic data analysis and trade idea generation. Michael earned a B.S. in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University.
