Michelle Chen, CFA, CIPM, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in performance measurement and attribution, currently serving as a Director and previously as a Vice President at BlackRock since 2011. Prior to this role, Michelle contributed as a Strategic Pricing Analyst at Canon Business Solutions from February 2009 to March 2011 and worked as a Reporting Analyst at Ashford Consulting Group from September 2006 to December 2008. Michelle's early career includes positions as a Marketing Team Intern at The Marketing Audit and as an Assistant to the Marketing Project Coordinator at MFR Consultants in 2005. Michelle holds a degree from the University of Pennsylvania, graduating in 2006.
