Mike Pyle is the Senior Managing Director and Deputy Head of the Portfolio Management Group at BlackRock, overseeing a range of investment strategies across liquid asset classes. Pyle rejoined BlackRock in 2024, after serving as the U.S. Deputy National Security Advisor for International Economics from 2022 to 2024, where they led the international economic agenda for the U.S. government. Previously, Pyle held several senior roles at BlackRock between 2014 and 2021, including Global Chief Investment Strategist. Pyle graduated summa cum laude in economics from Dartmouth College and holds a J.D. from Yale Law School.
