O Lo

O Lo possesses extensive experience in project management and regulatory change management across multiple financial institutions. After starting as a Senior Investment Analyst at Buck Consultants from June 2000 to November 2003, O Lo transitioned to roles including Research Analyst at iNVESTOR ECONOMiCS and then to a PMO/Project Manager at Citi from January 2005 to July 2012, focusing on operational controls. A significant tenure at BlackRock from January 2025 to August 2023 saw O Lo as a Project Manager and subsequently in a role related to Client Assets (CASS) Governance & Oversight, emphasizing regulatory change management. Further experience includes a position in Business Controls at Genpact from August 2015 to July 2017.
