Ormus Cama is currently the Head of Innovative Trends and Operational Excellence at BlackRock, a position held since 2019. Previously, Ormus served as the Head of eTrading at Virtu Financial from 2012 to 2016 and as an Associate in the Debt Capital Market at Morgan Stanley from 1998 to 2002. Ormus holds two Master of Business Administration degrees, one from Harvard Business School (2006-2007) and another from Universität Mannheim, where they focused on International Management and Banking (1994-1998).
