Patrick Haskell is currently the Managing Director and Head of the Municipal Bond Group at BlackRock, where they also lead the Global Financial Institutions Group Investments and Global LDI Businesses. They served as Managing Director at Morgan Stanley from 2013 to 2023, overseeing various trading divisions, including Municipal Securities and Liquid Rates. Prior to that, Haskell held leadership positions at Credit Suisse First Boston and HSBC, and was Chairman and CEO of Ecosphere Technologies, a clean tech firm. Haskell earned a BA in Economics from Union College and remains actively involved in the college’s alumni councils.
