Patrick Tully is a retired Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer who served at Clarion Partners from 1998 to 2022. An experienced board member, Tully contributed to the Rutherford Board of Education and the National Council of Real Estate Investment Fiduciaries between 2011 and 2014. Currently, Tully is an Adjunct Professor at Long Island University and the Feliciano School of Business at Montclair State University, while also acting as a Fund Independent Director for BlackRock’s US Core Property Fund since 2025. Tully holds a degree in Accounting from Rutgers University and a Master of Science in Real Estate from Georgetown University.
