Rees Hales is the Managing Director of the EMEA Wealth Product Group at BlackRock, where they currently lead efforts in sustainability, active equity, and liquid alternatives. Previously, Rees served as Vice President in the Investment & Product Office at Barclays Wealth from 2001 to 2010, before becoming Director of Wealth Distribution in Financial Markets at Lloyds Banking Group from 2010 to 2016. Rees holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Economic History from The University of Hull, which they completed in 2001.
