Roberta Gamba, Ph.D., is currently the Head of the EMEA Family Office and Foundation team within Client Portfolio Solutions at BlackRock based in London. Previously, Roberta served as Chief Investment Officer at Progressco Holdings Ltd from 2016 to 2019 and as Global Head of Portfolio Construction for Barclays Wealth from 2011 to 2016. Roberta's career began at J.P. Morgan Private Bank, where they held several positions, including Head of Portfolio Strategy. Roberta earned an MA in Economics and a Ph.D. in Computational Methods applied to Finance from Università degli Studi di Bergamo, as well as a Master of Science in Mathematics applied to Finance from New York University.
