Ron Mincy

Ron Mincy is currently the Head of Africa for the Climate Finance Partnership at BlackRock. Previously, they held positions as Managing Director at GE from 2012 to 2018, and as CEO and Managing Partner at LionWorks from 2016 to 2020. They also worked at GE Capital as a Manager of Equity Investments and as an Assistant Vice President between 2010 and 2012. Prior to these roles, Ron was a Process Engineer and later an Engineering Manager at Teradyne from 1998 to 2000, and they co-founded Heaven's Kitchen Cookie Company from 2002 to 2005. Ron is pursuing an MBA in Finance and International Business at Columbia Business School and holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Boston University.
