Sarah Schaffer is the Managing Director at BlackRock, a position held since 2006. During their tenure, they served as Chief of Staff to the Chairman and CEO in 2021 and led Aladdin Product Management. Prior to joining BlackRock, Sarah completed a summer internship in the Research Department at Initiative in 2005. They graduated from The Johns Hopkins University in 2006 with a degree in Writing Seminars and continue their education at Choate Rosemary Hall.
