Shay Marom

Shay Marom is a relationship-focused professional with over 15 years of experience in private markets and alternative investments. Currently serving as Vice President of Institutional Clients at BlackRock, Shay previously held leadership roles at Midroog, where responsibilities included managing business development and public relations as Chief Commercial Officer, and leading an analyst team. Shay began their career as an analyst at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney and has a strong academic background with a Master's degree in Law from Bar-Ilan University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Baruch College.
