Simon Durkin

Simon Durkin currently serves as the Global Head of Real Estate Research at BlackRock. Previously, Simon held the position of Director of Strategy, Research, and Operations at Seaforth Land Limited. Simon also served as the Head of Research at BNP Paribas Real Estate and as the Head of European Research and Strategy for Alternative and Real Assets at Deutsche Asset Management. Earlier in Simon's career, Simon was the Director of Analytics and Head of PPR Europe at CoStar Group.
